Before you write

The questions that come up first

OCM Whales is the annual membership at $999: the full chart studio, exclusive indicator requests, individual consulting with priority support, and every course and masterclass once the Learning Academy opens. A bespoke engagement is work built for an organisation, such as training a team, a private dashboard on your own definitions, or a standing briefing arrangement. Plenty of firms end up with both, a seat for each person who needs the data daily and a scoped piece of work on top.
Tom, who builds and maintains every metric on the platform. Nothing is handed to a third party, and you deal with the same person from the scoping call through to the handover.
Say so in the brief. Internal circulation, redistribution and attribution are settled as part of the scope rather than assumed either way, so the terms are on paper before anything is delivered.
Engagements are invoiced from a UK limited company. If you need a purchase order, supplier onboarding or particular payment terms, put it in the brief and it gets handled up front. If you would rather pay in Bitcoin, that works too, for the membership and for engagement work.
